Inherent is a contextual layer between your organization's data and AI tools. The Service provides:

Multi-source knowledge ingestion and normalization
Version-controlled document storage
Semantic search and context retrieval
API access for AI application integration

User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

Create an account with accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inherent and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also terminate your account at any time.
